Enjoy driving down the road with an open top towards the sunrise. Opening and closing the roof is just pushing a button – the rest is done by the little invisible helpers driving it safely and fully automatic.
Diotec’s N-Channel MOSFET DI075N04PT-AQ is supplying the roof's motor. With its logic-compatible gate threshold voltage of 1.2V–2.5V, the DI075N04PT-AQ can be driven directly from a µController, which saves the board. With a low Rds(on) of max. 2.9 mΩ and assembled in the small and space-saving QFN3x3 package, the DI075N04PT-AQ offers high performance on low board space.
