The Bavarian company "Digital Workbench GmbH" is working on agricultural technology with innovative know-how. They invented an autonomous machine with modular design, intelligent control and image processing technology, an all-terrain vehicle called "Tipard 350" with a self-contained platform for outdoor areas. It offers maximum agility, height adjustability depending on location and plant culture, all-wheel drive, automatic tilt compensation in both longitudinal and lateral directions, and the highest mobility despite a robust frame. The data can be sent online in real time to the farmer with exact soil samples. We, Diotec Semiconductors AG, are supporting this project with our products like ESD3Z5V0 ESD Protection Diodes for Digital Controls, voltage regulator and Power MOSFETS for the backbone of this robot, where it helps to navigate, to provide stable voltage and to drive the wheel hub motor.
