Diotec Semiconductor AG has announced a new partnership with Bürklin Elektronik GmbH & Co. KG, effective February 2026, further strengthening the availability of its discrete semiconductor portfolio across Europe.

Bürklin now offers Diotec Semiconductor’s range of discrete semiconductors and related components, available for fast and reliable delivery through its established distribution channels.

Diotec provides a wide portfolio of diodes, bipolar junction transistors, MOSFETs, linear voltage regulators, SiC MOSFETs, SiC Schottky diodes, and IGBTs, supporting a broad range of applications across industrial, automotive, energy, lighting, and consumer electronics markets.
