Small Signal FETs and Digital Transistors by Diotec

Diotec enlarges its portfolio of small signal transistors by two common type families: Field Effect Transistors (FETs) and “Digital” or Bias Resistor Transistors.
Bridges having a „SLIM” profile are among this year's exhibition highlights of Diotec. The advantage of these parts is that they can be assembled on the bottom side of the PCB, see drawing below.
Diotec introduces traditionally in the even years (the years of “electronica”) its new data book. We do this again this year, just in time for the PCIM2010 in Nuremberg!
